JoK head & TS intake fitted ready for new 34mm mikuni carb, intake has been matched up on the outside to match a carb mount. It appears most aftermarket manifold were cast large enough to mount a 38mm carb & the holes were drilled for whichever carb was expected to be used so the smaller sized carbs ended up with a lot of overhang outside of the rubber manifold. Motor has a lot of compression when turned over by hand on the bench which is a good sign seeing as the rings haven't been bedded in yet. I have tried my hybrid Suzuki igniton that lost spark on it with the wiring sitting outside the cases & have spark again, I want to get the wiring up to the CDI plug replaced as I think I soldered the extended wires on just below the plug & that may be where the problem with the lack of spark is located
